How many people on your staff will be at the wedding?

Frequently asked questions

Can I contact you via phone, email or text?

Yes! Once you book with us we will give not only our email, but phone number as well to keep the line of communication easy and open!

Frequently asked questions

How can I make payments?

Payments are automatically generated through Honeybook once you book. We only request a 10% down payment to secure your date within 1 week of inquiring. After that, half of your payment is due within 1 month, and the remainder is due 1 month before your wedding day. We occasionally offer discounts if you pay in full, so if that’s something you’re interested in please let us know!

Frequently asked questions

Do you have references?

Yes! Any of our past couples would be great references (their parents too)!

Frequently asked questions

Are there any hidden, additional fees?

No. The only additional fee that would ever come into play is a travel fee if your wedding is 2 hours away from Spring Lake, MI. But even then it’s case by case.

Frequently asked questions

How many weddings do you take on in a single weekend?

We will only ever do 1 wedding on a weekend. This leaves us the ability to be just as hands on for your rehearsal as your wedding day.

Frequently asked questions

How much access will I have to you throughout the planning period?

You will have complete, full access. Our line of communication will always be open!

Frequently asked questions

After I book, what are the next steps to working together?

As soon as you book us we will schedule our first zoom meeting together. This first meeting is typically an hour long where we ask you 30-40 different questions to get us started.

Frequently asked questions

Will you attend venue walk through, vendor meetings, etc, throughout the wedding planning?

We prefer to attend at least one venue walk-through with you. We don’t attend any other vendor meetings unless there are any important ones that you would feel more comfortable having us there for.

Frequently asked questions

What separates you from other day-of-coordinators?

To start, we believe all day-of-coordinators have the same goal in mind; to give you absolute peace of mind throughout your wedding planning/wedding day. So this is not to tear other wedding professionals down!

However, the thing we feel that separates us from other coordinators is how hands on we like to be. We only take a certain number of clientele each wedding season to ensure we can give each of our couples the same undivided attention. We want you to feel like you have a “day of coordinator best friend” who not only knows the ins and out of the business but is there for you every step of the way!
